The 3mm black matte polycarbonate sheet is solid PC plate with fine matte textured surface. The matte finish eliminates surface reflection and fingerprint marks, delivering a uniform low-glare appearance. It inherits PC material’s core advantages: ultra-high impact resistance, shatterproof, lightweight and excellent weather resistance. It supports cutting, CNC routing, drilling, cold bending and hot forming. The black opaque substrate provides good light shielding performance. Widely used for new energy equipment housings, machinery protective covers, electrical cabinet panels, instrument backboards and decorative partitions. Custom thickness, size, single-sided / double-sided matte texture available.

A: We can add UV co-extrusion layer for outdoor weather resistance.

A: Yes, laser cutting and CNC routing are supported.

Q4: Is the matte surface scratch resistant?

A: The matte texture hides minor scratches better than glossy PC. Hard coating can be added for higher scratch resistance.
