Q1: What is snow grain polycarbonate sheet? 

A: It is translucent solid polycarbonate sheet with uniform snowflake granular texture on the surface. It acts as a light diffuser to soften light, transmitting light while blocking direct line of sight.

Q2: What is its light transmittance? 

A: Normally 60%~85%, adjustable. We can customize grain density to match your requirements for brightness and privacy.

Q3: Can AG / AR / hard coating be applied to this snow grain PC sheet? 

A: Yes. We support 3H hard coating, AG anti-glare, AR anti-reflection and AF anti-fingerprint coating. It is suitable for automotive lens and display cover panels.

Q4: What thicknesses and sizes are available? 

A: Thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 12mm. Standard jumbo sheet size: 1220×2440mm. We provide CNC cutting, routing, hole drilling and edge chamfering for custom dimensions, such as automotive central control lens 333.20*127.26mm.

A: Its impact strength is 250 times higher than float glass. It is shatterproof and safe for automotive, interior decoration and lighting applications.

Q6: Can it be used outdoors? 

A: Optional co-extruded UV protection layer is available to prevent yellowing for long-term outdoor exposure. Versions without UV coating are only for indoor use.

Q7: Can I get samples? 

A: Yes. Small samples are free, buyers only need to cover the courier freight. Sample lead time is 3~7 working days.

Q8: What is mass production lead time? 

A: Standard sheets: 7~10 working days. Custom coated and CNC machined parts: 12~20 working days, subject to process complexity.

Q9: What are your payment terms? 

A: T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) and L/C at sight are acceptable.
