Q1: What is leather grain textured polycarbonate sheet?

A: It is solid PC sheet with embossed leather/pebble grain texture on surface. The textured surface masks scratches and fingerprints for better visual effect.

Q2: What is the thickness of this sample?

A: This sample is 3mm. We also supply 1.5mm,2mm,4mm,5mm,6mm and other custom thickness.

Q3: Can I get colors other than black?

A: Yes, white, grey, green, blue and custom tinted colors are available.

Q4: Can this leather grain PC sheet be used outdoors?

A: Yes. UV co-extruded layer can be added to resist UV radiation and prevent yellowing for outdoor projects.

Q5: Can it be CNC cut and bent?

A: Yes, it supports CNC cutting, drilling, cold bending, hot bending and vacuum thermoforming.

Q6: What is the advantage of leather grain compared with smooth PC sheet?

A: The textured surface hides scratches and fingerprints, not easy to show wear marks, better decorative texture.
