  • Q: Can you machine integrated standoff bosses on polycarbonate?

A: Yes, our CNC router can mill integrated bosses, counterbores, stepped holes and various cutouts from solid PC sheet.

Q: What translucent tint colors of polycarbonate can you supply?

A: Light blue, green, smoke grey and other translucent tinted PC sheets are optional.

Q: Can samples be made for dimension verification?

A: Custom samples can be produced to check machining accuracy and tint appearance before mass order.

Q: Can acrylic replace polycarbonate for this part?

A: Acrylic can be used if impact resistance is not a priority, but acrylic is more brittle than PC.
