PC corrugated sheet, also known as polycarbonate wave roofing panel, is extruded from virgin polycarbonate resin with co-extruded UV protective layer on the surface.

Our corrugated PC sheet features outstanding impact strength, excellent weather resistance, anti-UV performance, good light transmission, waterproof and acid & alkali corrosion resistance. It will not get brittle or yellow after long-term outdoor exposure.

The wave profile design enables easy installation and perfect overlap for water drainage. Multiple colors and customized dimensions are supported to match your project requirements.

Q1: What is PC corrugated roofing sheet made of?

A: It is extruded from virgin polycarbonate (PC) resin, with co-extruded UV protective layer on one or both sides. No recycled material for standard grade. Custom ASA coating is optional.

Q2: What thicknesses and wave profiles can you supply?

A: Common thickness: 0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm,1.5mm,2.0mm. We support standard wave profiles and custom molded profiles. Length & width can be cut according to your drawings.

Q3: Is it transparent? Can I choose other colors besides blue?

A: The blue sample is semi-transparent. We also supply clear, opal, green, grey and custom colors. Light transmittance varies by color.

Q4: How long is the service life outdoors?

A: With UV co-extruded layer, 10-year warranty grade can resist yellowing for long time under sunlight. Service life up to 10–15 years under normal outdoor conditions.

Q5: Is it hail resistant?

A: Yes. Polycarbonate material has excellent impact strength. Our corrugated PC sheet is hail-proof, much stronger than FRP fiberglass sheet and PVC tile.

Q6: Can this sheet be cut on site?

A: Yes. It can be easily cut with circular saw or hand saw. We recommend pre-drilling holes before installation to avoid thermal expansion cracking.

Q7: What about thermal expansion?

A: PC material expands and contracts with temperature changes. We will provide installation guidelines. Leave proper expansion gaps during mounting.

Q8: Is it waterproof?

A: Yes. The corrugated wave structure allows perfect overlap between sheets for good drainage and waterproof performance.

Q9: Is the sheet flame retardant?

A: Standard PC corrugated sheet meets flame retardant grade. We can produce grades to meet different fire standards upon request.

Q10: What is your MOQ?

A: Small trial orders are acceptable. MOQ depends on color, thickness and custom wave profile. Contact us for details.

Q11: What is your lead time?

A: For standard items: 7–15 working days. Custom color or special profiles will take longer.

Q12: Can you provide samples?

A: Yes, free small sample pieces are available, customer only needs to cover freight cost.
